Decided to create a DreamWidth account!

I've had a fair number of blogs over the years - from blogspot, to wordpress, to tumblr, to livejournal... ranging from day to day blogging to food blogging. And I've pretty much abandoned most of them. This DreamWidth is my next attempt, and hopefully I'll stick with it for a while :).

I've recently been swept up into the Arashi fandom - I'd seen a few episodes of VSA on my tv screen every so often but never really looked into Arashi until the last couple of months. I've pretty much fallen in love with their music and various drama shows. I've actually seen a few of their dramas a few years ago but it never really registered that they were members of Arashi hehehehe.

My favourite... is probably MatsuJun, but Sho & Nino are close seconds. I love all the members though ^_^

Arashi Live Concerts

I've recently been watching some of the Arashi Live Tour DVDs - they're so good! I love all the details that go into their performances hehehe.

I think the first one I watched was the Beautiful World tour - I remember sitting in front of my screen internally squealing at everything. I was watching MatsuJun's "Shake It" solo and was screaming on the inside hehehe. I think after that... I came across AraFes '12 and saw "Shake It" performed with the rest of Arashi and almost died XD. My favourite concerts though are probably THE DIGITALIAN and Japonism live tours. The costumes from the Japonism tour were so pretty, and I love how in THE DIGITALIAN tour they had heart and muscle monitors - my fave performance was "Hope in the Darkness". But I seriously love all the choreography for their songs XD.

I can't wait for the "Are You Happy?" Live Tour DVD! When I saw the preorder I couldn't resist ordering a copy. I actually wanted the limited edition DVD since it came with a bonus dvd from their Japonism tour I think, but it was already sold out, so I settled for the regular edition. There's really no point in me ordering the bluray limited edition since I don't actually own a bluray player. I was looking at the setlist, and some of my favourite Arashi songs are being performed, so I can't wait for the release!
